Goofy kids

So we were sitting in our Suburban or The Beast as the kids call it when I hear my oldest "Mom, Remember when Ray wore a new sweatshirt...and when he pulled it off....he had fuzzies in his armpits...it looked like he was trying to be a real man like daddy"

This is our 5 year old whose laugh is more contagious than the common cold :)

This is our oldest who is a self proclaimed genius...ask anyone he has told...ha ha ha

Family time :)

We took a family walk the other day. It was so sweet to see my boys being so protective over thier little sister :) Most of the time they are doing things like trying to figure out what a wedgie is and how to give them, pretending they are transformers (yes, they make the voices), looking for bugs (which are all poisonous according to my oldest...he knows because his 7 year old friend said so) or pretending with mega blocks, in hint to us, that they have a Wii. But when it comes to siblings in our house they are very close knit, they adore eachother. As the six of us went out to wander the desert roads I saw a picture in the making as the three oldest held hands in front of us. My daughter always seems to have the best timing. the look on her face is just beautiful. May be it is the mommy in me but I think this picture is beautiful.

Our newest and last addition to the family is such a beautiful blessing. She has just started to smile...a cute quirky smirk that melts me to my core. While we were walking down the road I kept seeing her head hanging down and being the protective mommy that I am I told my husband "prop her head up, she is still little, she needs the neck support" He gave gave me the "I have done this before" look and told me "She wants to see you, I keep fixing it and she sticks her head back out to find you!" Sure enough I look at her and her big eyes lit up and she grinned at me over daddy's arm :) I have a mommas girl..

Dwayne had decided he needed a brake...I just found it amusing that he sat right below the stop sign...looking like a hitch hiker. I call this one Crossroads :)

Kids

He wants to be just like daddy :)
This was one of those days where everything goes right...I love it when you can ask a kid (especially your own) to do something and they say..."Ok mommy. Like this?" That little face is one of my favorite things in the whole world.
She is so beautiful it makes me want to cry...I'm going to have to lock her up until she is thirty or put a wart on her nose...for her own safety of course...ha ha ha. I can see the boys chasing her now.

Angel and James

Anyone who knows me, knows that I live to make people laugh, smile or blush...if I have accomplished any of those things I have done my job :) I love to capture those moments, the genuine smile or a great laugh I want my clients to feel free to be themselves. Angel and James were a lot of fun, Angel being the ham (and a pretty one at that) and James being her polar opposite (easier to make laugh and blush). I hope you enjoy these as much as I do :)

This is one of my favorite shots. She just looks so free in it.

Gotta love the laughter :)

...

This one cracked me up. I told Damian "touch down" and told James and Micheal (Jame's brother and best man) to do the same and it ended up looking more like a stick up which made Mike burst into laughter...great shot even if it wasn't what I was going for.

TOM and CINDY 2

Cindy is a proud military mom. You can see that she loves both of her sons. I love this shot of her holding her a picture of her son who is in the Army. You can see the love and pride on her face. Tom and his lovely daughter Rhonda. They are both shy people loving people, it was a great opportunity to see the two of them together.

TOM and CINDY

You can't find two more fun loving people than Tom and Cindy. It was 1992 Memorial Day weekend, in line for a concert, when Tom (who had didn't know the blond in front of him) threatened to kiss Cindy (The blond :P ) if she backed into him one last time. She was pushed back one last time...Tom kept his work and that was it...Two people became one from that point on.

We met at Karaoke one night (yes, I admit it...I love karaoke :P ) and we have been friends ever since.Tom's Daughter Rhonda and her two beautiful (and silly) kids came to town and who did Tom and Cindy call? Moi :) It was a great (and rainy) experiance to capture a few moments with their family. Love you guys!
